This year my mom and dad went back to Minnesota for Christmas, so we had our family dinner about a week before Christmas.
The kids were pretty into it this year and even helped decorate the Christmas tree.
Ok, so it wasn't eaxctly helpful...but they meant well.
Ethan helped check the lights before they went on the tree and everything!
They make a pretty good team!
Something that was really exciting for them was how many days of present opening we had, I swear they're going to have a skewed idea about December! They got presents on the 5th, and then again on the 17th for our early Christmas, and then on the 25th, and of course there were presents that came late for their birthday and Christmas, and then Mommy, Daddy, and Uncle Ian all had presents during the month!! There was not a single day without presents!
We had a great holiday season. I'll be putting up a blog post that's all pictures in an attempt to catch everyone up on the last month or so!
