The Twins Turn the Big 2 ! !

I feel like several thousand pictures were taken at their birthday party on the 4th (we reserved the 5th for Uncle Ian to have his party since he's older). Being that there were way too many to poke through and get into a nice reasonable order, I just grabbed a smattering of cute pics from the day.


Tenley with a plastic horn that I bought (with some other random stuff) as a last minute little party favor...the kids both loved my cheap plastic noise making finds!


Tenley loved this clothing choice so much that she decided to put it on as soon as she opened it...it was really cute. She started to take her pants off too, but we stopped her. We did let her wear that outfit the next day to Uncle Ian's brunch though. The purple outfit she has on was a gift from Great Grandparents Jim and Jean, by the way.



Ethan was a huge fan of the pinwheel, and was pretty excited when he finally got it to work, it took a ton of effortm, but he stuck with it!

Uncle Ian and Daddy supervise the babies being allowed to have Root Beer!! Very exciting birthday treat.

Aunnie Angela got them a trampoline, because they love to jump. They indeed enjoy this gift a lot, and Tenley has found that it does triple duty as a trampoline, ready to go sleeping cot, and hiding place (underneath it).

But here she demonstrates the traditional use.

The school bus from Gram-mom (that's what they call my mom most of the time) and Grampa was another big hit.

It was a fun party, and nice to get together and have dinner and cake with everyone.
