Birthday Party in Hood River

Since we all (Lars, the kids, myself, Casey, Jim, and Jean) went to Cheryl's for Thanksgiving, we decided to do a small birthday for the kids. Lars found a cake with 2 snowmen on it that were made entirely of icing...yummm.

All innocent before the snowman slaughter.

It begins....

I think that this one is my favorite picture, it's just so nonchalant..."what icing?? I have no idea what you're talking about..."

"...oh, thaaaaat icing...ok, yeah I totally ate that..."

Tenley really wasn't afraid to just go for it!

These are a bit out of order (sorry about that) the presents were before the cake.

Tenley looks really determined to get that box open!!

The first night we got there Oma let them open their gifts from her.

Pillows and blankets...which they were excited to try out. This is a Disney Princess Pillow, as modeled by the lovely Tenley James Cappola.

And here, Mr. Ethan Amerigo Cappola demonstrates how one might get cozy with their new Disney Cars Pillow, in blue...this season's new black!
