Tenley & Ethan Turn One ! ! !

The birthday party was a big success, thank you to everyone for coming and especially thank you to Angela and Ian for helping to get it set up.

The babies had a really great time and spent the whole day smiling with 2 notable exceptions from Ethan. Lars accidentally snapped his cheek with the elastic from the party hat, and then only minutes later Ethan bit into some ice cream and the cold either hurt or scared him and he got really upset again.

Mom & Dad help the little pumpkins blow out their candles.

Ethan, before trying the ice cream.

Tenley did a good job of making a mess with her cake, but I think she really liked it.

Party girl! !

This is after getting snapped with the hat, but before the ice cream debacle...so he's a little upset in this picture.

Tenley loving a stuffed animal from my friend Joe.

Ethan also enjoying a stuffed animal.

The babies really liked that they were allowed to have everything they reached for and they could eat the wrapping paper and nobody said, "no". What a great day!
