Trip To Minnesota

We spent a week in Minnesota with the babies so they could meet their family. The flights were great, and the babies both did really well. Tenley slept through all but 15 minutes of the return flight, so that was nice for Lars. Ethan was awake for all but 15 minutes of the flight, and it's not easy to keep a baby occupied and happy for 3 hours on a plane. We made it though, and it wasn't as bad as it could have been for sure...I didn't want to be the person with the crying baby!

Ethan and Tenley with Nonnie and Papa. I just kept clicking photos until I got one where the majority of the people were looking at the camera!

Tenley with Nonnie in the nice cozy chair at Aunt Patty's house.

The babies ran Aunt Patty ragged! Not really, but they're sure a double bundle of energy. Thank you to Patty for letting us stay with you (and steal your bedroom even!)

Ethan and Uncle Al matched so I had to take a picture.

You can't tell from the picture, but Ethan was swinging around his binky leash and was almost hitting himself and Andrew in the face with it. He was pretty excited about it.

I still have to work on photoshopping the antlers off of Grandpa's head. Sorry about that Grandpa! From the Hastings leg of the trip here's me, Grandma, Ethan, Mom, Tenley, and Grandpa. Thanks for letting us stay with you, and for finding beds and high chairs for the babies.

Grandma and Ethan in one of the gliders. We should get one of those, the babies really liked being rocked!

Aunt Sissy with Ethan.

Ethan in Grandpa's boots...and Tenley in the background getting into Grandpa's magazines.

The babies hanging out with Uncle Mark. Tenley was not enjoying her stay...she got to be more comfortable with Mark as the vacation progressed, but we don't have photographic evidence of that.

Thank you again to everyone who came to visit the babies while we were in town. We really appreciate all of the hospitality and we're so glad that we were able to make it over while the babies were still babies.

Thank you again! ! !

I'll probably post some more miscellaneous pictures in an upcoming blog just because I took so many while we were there (somewhere in the neighborhood of 150!)

Thanks and love you all.
