Mom, Angela, and I took the babies to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival last Saturday. The tulips were early this year because of a warm snap we had in February...so there weren't too many fields of tulips left. Also, it happened to be quite rainy on Saturday, so we didn't stay very long.
Tenley was running around and having fun while I chased behind her holding an umbrella over her head.
Ethan pretty much stayed with Grandma the whole time and didn't venture off through the gardens like Tenley did...he knows where it's dry and warm!
If only we'd gone on Sunday instead...Sunday was gorgeous. Oh well...maybe we'll have better luck next year.
The tulips that were still around were absolutely stunning though, and despite the rain we had a good time.
Tenley pulled a tulip petal off of the stem, shhhh....don't tell!
